Anonymous Email
Every Civicom space has visibly-posted instructions on how to send an anonymous email to anyone in the company. Please use this system if you see anything that you feel management should be made aware of but may be afraid to do so directly for fear of retaliation, embarrassment, or another reason.
Keep in mind:
- We won’t know who sent the email, so we can’t respond
- If you send an anonymous email to the CEO, and reveal your identity, no one else will know about it. The CEO’s email is generally secure
- We’ll do our best to avoid having your identity revealed
- If the email is about something that requires change or response, keep in mind that it may take time, especially if we must avoid revealing your identity
